DALIAN, China (AP) - Amy Acuff could be heading to her fourth Olympics this year with a bronze medal already in hand. Instead, she went for the gold and missed. She left the Athens Games empty-handed and, four years later, insists she has no regrets.

The high jumper, the most experienced Olympian on the 126-member U.S. track and field team, is still seeking her first medal at the games in part because of her decision in 2004 to skip a reachable height that could have won bronze.
